Lifetime Cleaning & Inspection

Every Bella Jewelry piece includes free lifetime cleaning and inspection at our London, ON studio. Bring your piece in any time — we'll polish it, tighten any prongs, and make sure it's ready to wear for another decade.

Manufacturing Warranty

All pieces are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. This covers loose settings, broken solder joints, and clasp failures that occur under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized alterations by another jeweler.

Care Guide

• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
• Store pieces separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
• Clean at home with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with softer stones (opal, pearl, emerald).

Repairs & Resizing

Ring resizing is complimentary within 30 days of purchase. After that, we offer resizing at cost. Contact hello@bellajewelers.ca for a repair quote.
