Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices for 21K gold pieces fluctuate with the daily gold market and are confirmed at the time of order.

Custom pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup. Custom pieces are final sale — see our Shipping & Returns page.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable HST/GST is added at checkout for Canadian orders.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — photos, designs, text, and logos — is owned by Bella Jewelry and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Bella Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the piece purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
